PUPPY DEPOSIT AGREEMENT

Shipping is $165 to $225 depending on your location this includes airline kennel, health certificate and airline ticket. We DO NOT make money on the shipping, we charge exactly what we are charged. Shipping Kennel and Vet Health Certificate are FREE.

**A deposit in the amount of $500 is required to hold the puppy of your choice until it is ready to either be picked up or shipped via the airlines. (non-refundable)

You can do your deposit in several ways. Email Transfer, Money Order, Western Union or Personal cheque for deposit. WE DO NOT EXCEPT PERSONAL CHEQUES FOR FINAL PAYMENT unless they have time to clear before the puppy leaves. If you choose to mail in your puppies deposit you will have 5 days for the mailed deposit to arrive before I will accept another buyer's deposit on that puppy. All puppies must be paid for in full by the time they have reached 8 weeks of age, if not the puppy will be placed back up for sale and this contract will be void.

It has been mutually agreed by both parties that the puppy will be held until 8 – 10 weeks old, if we are shipping by airlines the puppy could be held up to 12 weeks old, depending on the puppies size.

This deposit signifies intent on behalf of the purchaser to follow through with the purchase transaction of the puppy. If the puppy you choose does not end up being what you want by the time it is 8 weeks old or when you are ready to take into your possession, you may transfer the deposit to another puppy of your choice in the future.
